Services

  1. *1 month, 3 workouts per week (45 minute sessions). 
  2. *$99 monthly payment. No roll over sessions unless agreed upon with management.
  3. *All adults are welcomed, intermediate to advanced fitness levels are recommended.
  4. *3 workout days and times are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 10am.
  5. *Workouts are 45 minutes long of HIIT Training (allows more time for cleaning time between sessions). We utilize dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, bands, cables, TRX straps, bodyweight and more; to help you build muscle and drop body fat.

  2. *This program has helped hundreds of young athletes optimize overall athleticism and make a positive impact in their respective sports.
  3. *$240 monthly payment ($20 per session for 12 session). No roll over sessions unless agreed upon with management.
  4. *All athletes/sports co-ed are welcomed from grades 9-12. 
  5. *3 workout days and times are Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7pm and Sundays at 2pm) or Mondays and Wednesday at 7pm and Saturdays at 11am.
  6. *Workouts are 45 minutes long (allows more time for cleaning time between sessions)and consist of strength training, speed and agility, plyometrics, core, prehab movement patterns and more. We utilize equipment by Keiser, Sorinex, Purmotion and more to get the best results.
