*2 month, 2 workouts per week (50 minute sessions) January 4-February 28, 2023

    *This program has helped hundreds of young athletes optimize strength, speed, agility and overall athleticism. Designed to help build confidence so each athlete makes a positive impact in their respective sports.

    *$339 total payment (for 16 sessions). No roll over sessions unless agreed upon with management.

    *All athletes/sports (co-ed) are welcomed from grades 7-12. 

    *2 workouts a week are on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7pm.

    *Workouts are 50 minutes long (allows more time for cleaning time between sessions) and consist of strength training, speed and agility, plyometrics, core, prehab movement patterns and more. We utilize equipment by Keiser, Sorinex, Purmotion and more to get the best results.

    * Limited drop ins per session, so please enroll for this program period before registration is closed.

  1. Vertimax Performance Program 30% Off

    *$298 ($225 Early Bird Special for first two of registration only week only) for the two month program. No roll over sessions unless agreed upon with management. February 5 -March 26. This is the second enrollment period of the year.

    *Once a week, Sundays at 4pm (50 minute sessions)

    *Our program is designed to increase explosiveness, vertical, strength, agility, power and confidence. While reducing the risk of injury. We have worked with multiple Professional, College,  All-American, All-State, and All-District athletes.

    *All athletes grades 7-12, and college are welcome. 

    *Workouts are 50 minutes long (allows time for cleaning in between sessions). Consisting of explosive, strength, agility, core and plyometric exercises.

    *Drop-In must be used the week of purchase or session will be lost and not refunded.
